A Chamber Serving Its Community with Outdated Tools
The Black Chamber of Commerce of New Mexico (BCCNM) is a vital resource for Black-owned businesses and families across New Mexico. Their mission requires connecting members to financial institutions, business resources, community events, and grant opportunities.
Before CDM, this information was scattered across multiple external websites, manually updated spreadsheets, and email newsletters. Staff spent hours each week researching financial institution programs, copying data into documents, and responding to member inquiries about available resources.
Members had no way to know which financial programs they qualified for, no central place to discover community events, and no self-service access to the resources the Chamber had curated for them.
Automated Financial Institution Agent
The centerpiece of the Credit Readiness Program Dashboard is an intelligent agent that continuously monitors and indexes financial institution databases. Rather than requiring staff to manually research and update loan programs, the agent does it automatically.

GlueUp CRM Integration + Member Recognition


BCCNM manages their membership through GlueUp, a professional member management platform. CDM built a direct API integration between GlueUp and the Resource Hub so that member status is recognized automatically across every feature.
What the Integration Enables
The integration uses GlueUp's REST API to perform membership lookups, pulling active status, membership tier, and contact details to personalize the platform experience for each member.
